There is a lot we do during a player’s assessment. First, we take under account the player’s age, physical ability, skill level, and understanding of the game.
Next, we then put together a set of appropriate player assessment drills, that pinpoints where attention is needed most.
It Is Not All Business. i Use This Time to Get to Know The Player
The Player Assessment is also our time to get to know the play their player goals, and learn strengths and struggles. Some goals are to sit less, and play more. Some, set their sights on making All-Stars. Whatever the player goal may be, it always centers around elevating he player’s abilities.
