FAQ's
What kind of training is provided?
I provide One-on-One and Multi-Player Development Training, for Softball and Baseball. Each player is different, which is why my sessions are designed specifically to address a player’s ability, strength, and mobility.
Where will the training sessions take place?
I am mobile. I live in the Sherman Oaks area, which is central to a lot of fields in the Valley. You may request a field, however, it will depend on how many sessions I have that day, and where they are being held.
What should players bring with them to training sessions?
Come prepared with the right gear and reliable equipment. While I love helping players get back to form, I’m in the business of preventing injuries—not causing them!

Do you train with players that are rehabing from an injury or surgery?
Yes. I frequently work with players rehabbing from injury or surgery. Your program will be fully individualized and aligned with your doctor’s specific recommendations to ensure a safe and effective return to play.
What age and skill level are your sessions geared for?
I specialize in adult softball and baseball, but I never turn away a determined player. Whatever your age or experience level, if a player shows passion towards game, I’ll dedicate myself to helping them reach their player goals.
How do I get started with the program?
It begins with a free 30-minute assessment! It’s a fun, challenging part of our first session together, where we define your goals and build an effective custom training program tailored to your player strengths and season objectives.

Do you conduct "closed" training sessions?
I welcome what will inspire the player. If you wish to have your friend or family member present, that would be fine. Have them bring a glove; I just might make them my Assistant Coach during your practice!
How often should we expect to train with you?
I typically work with players who have game and practice schedules to balance. So, to avoid player burnout or injury, I recommend a one, or two-hour training session a week. On the other hand, off season training, or getting ready for a tournament, a championship series, or a try-out, could be a good enough reason to look at increasing the amount of session time per week.
Are you exclusive to training only Adult Softball players?
I provide instruction for both Baseball and Softball players of any age group and skill level. Boys and Girls, Men and Women of all ages and abilities are welcomed.

What age and skill level are your sessions geared for?
All of my training sessions are customized to meet the players exact needs, which is why my training sessions work for a wide range of age groups and skill levels. Bottom line, if a player brings the passion, I always have the interest.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Please provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. I prioritize your health and family commitments, but if cancellations become frequent, we will need to sit down and discuss how to keep your training goals moving forward.
Can I play music when we train?
Absolutely! If you don’t bring the vibes, I might. I want you to feel comfortable, so if you want music, a game on in the background, or friends and family cheering you on, feel free! Just make sure it’s a ‘focus’ aid rather than a distraction—we still have work to do, after all!
